The H&SS Program is funded by the California Department of Health Care Services (DHCS) State Opioid Response (SOR) IV grant program. This grant was provided to DHCS by the U.S. Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA). Advocates for Human Potential, Inc. (AHP) is the administrative entity for H&SS.
